Big K.R.I.T. Does ASMR with Styrofoam Balls, Talks New Album & J. Cole Collaboration

Here at Fuse we give you what you want, and once a follower asked for the one and only Big K.R.I.T. to be on an episode of Mind Massage, we couldn't think of anyone better! From his dirty south sound to his impeccable flow, the Mississippi native is currently on top of his game bringing major heat for this summer and beyond.

You could say the 29-year-old is the definition of started from the bottom. From the beginning of his music career 1999, K.R.I.T. knew he wouldn't be able to afford the high prices producers were charging for beats. Of course he wanted a fire sound, but instead of trying every possible way to come up with the money, he decided to make his own beats, which would ultimately benefit him in the long run.

"I understood that making my own beats and rapping would make it where marketing and everything would be way cheaper," he whispered to Fuse while drumming. "And I get publishing and I get royalties, so I win."

Since he split with Def Jam Records several years ago, he has founded Multi Alumni, a label with BMG/Sony distribution. Being and independent artist has allowed him to "keep creative control" which wasn't the case when he released previous albums such as K.R.I.T. WUZ HERE, which recently turned 10.

K.R.I.T. IZ HERE which serves as a sequel to the perviously stated mixtape does not disappoint, especially when it comes features. The 19 track album features our ICY GRL Saweetie, Lil Wayne, and J. Cole just to drop a few. You might have even caught K.R.I.T in Dreamville's Revenge Documentary.

"We didn't actually record ("Prove It") at the Dreamville session, I was just there and it was amazing. He whispered before giving you some ultimate tingles with some styrofoam balls. It's about showcasing and shinning a light on people that dont necessarily get the light when they first supported us."

If this didn't get you hyped for more things to come from Big K.R.I.T we don't know what to tell you. Make sure you stream "K.R.I.T. IZ HERE" and get hyped for his tour beginning in September. Also be sure to massage your mind to the whole clip to watch K.R.I.T successful attempt make a beat while flossing alligator teeth!
