After debuting his now-classic album The College Dropout in 2004, Kanye West continued raising eyebrows with the release of Late Registration the following year.
In an interview with Fuse over a decade ago, the Chicago native compared his style to that of stand-up legend Dave Chappelle.
"I'm like the rap version of Dave Chapelle. A lot of times, I'll make you laugh to keep from crying," West explains. "I always think about entertainment first."
