The Miley Cyrus/Flaming Lips love affair marches on.
Last night in Manchester, England, the Lips' Wayne Coyne and Steven Drodz joined the pop star on stage, where they covered the Beatles' classic "Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds." When in Rome, right?
While it's cool to see their take live, this isn't totally out of the blue. Coyne recently recruited Miley to help him sing the tune for a front-to-back cover of the Beatles' 1967 LP Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band.
The band just announced a release date for that record: With a Little Help From My Fwends is due out October 28 and features Miley, Moby the Lips and more.
