Chris Brown is still behind bars and suffering from multiple album pushbacks, but his latest music video for "Loyal" shifts the focus from his legal troubles to the singer's undeniable dance skills.
Filmed on Hollywood's Universal CityWalk, Brown teams up a troupe of female dancers for an entertaining, choreography-heavy visual that almost makes you forget his recent troubles.
But when Breezy boasts lyrics like, "Just got rich / Took a broke n***a's bitch / I can make a broke bitch rich But I don't f-ck with broke bitches" amid breaking it down, it makes us remember he probably hasn't changed much. Lil Wayne and Tyga drop in for their respective "Loyal" verses while Usher, Trey Songz and Ty Dolla $ign make cameo appearances. But obviously, the spotlight on Breezy and his feet.
If the 24-year-old could focus on his actual talents, he could probably find his way out of the court room and back into the public's good graces. Chris said it himself: "Being famous is amazing when it's for your music and talent." Let's get back to that mindset now, shall we?
