Pharrell & Major Lazer Debut Collabo "Aerosol Can"
UPDATE (1/31): Listen to Pharrell unearth his slick rap skills in the new Major Lazer collabo "Aerosol Can" above.
Original Story: Major Lazer made our day with the announcement via Twitter that we could expect new music featuring Pharrell and Sean Paul in late January.
And now Pharrell has made us even happier by debuting the new collabo before its official release.
The "Blurred Lines" singer revealed the tune during his performance on Holy Ship!!!—the three-night concert focusing on electronic artists that takes place aboard a giant cruise ship. Watch the original footage below.
In case you missed the PSA, cruise ships are the new festival with attached parking-lot-with-overflowing-Porta-Potties-where-you-pitch-your-tent.
And before you judge, just think of the never-ending buffet!
Anyways, we're guessing this cruise was swell except for the part where Pha-Real forgot to announce the new song's name; but it's fun and has a groove that makes getting your butt off the couch much easier, so he's forgiven.
One of the most surprising parts about the up-tempo dance track: Pharrell actually raps the whole time.
The multi-talented musician and producer has favored his famous falsetto vocals as opposed to his rapping for quite some time now, but promised us last month that he hadn't given up spitting for good.
Looks like Pharrell's a man of his word!
