Before f(x)'s latest single, it was hard to imagine dancing to a song about wisdom teeth. But the K-pop girl group (one of our SXSW must-see acts) have changed that with "Rum Pum Pum Pum," an expertly-crafted dance-pop anthem boasting the lyric, "You've probably heard of me at least once / I'm your wisdom tooth."
With a funky bass line that almost recalls the Breeders' "Cannonball" and a stomp-clap chorus that definitely brings to mind Gwen Stefani's "Hollaback Girl," this is the kind of weird gem that just might convert a K-pop skeptic.
