Lady Gaga's First Episode of 'Making Joanne' Shows Recording Process of 'A-YO': Watch

Today is all about the Little Monsters as they celebrate the release of Lady Gaga's Joanne (click here to stream it). In celebration of her new album, the pop star dropped the first episode of her new web series, Making Joanne.

The debut episode goes behind the scenes of rowdy album cut "A-YO," and how Gaga begun its songwriting process. Watch above as the Daisy Dukes-rocking and cigarette-smoking singer bops along to the instrumental in the studio alongside guest collaborators Mark Ronson, BloodPop and Tame Impala's Kevin Parker.

Ronson and Gaga's playful chemistry comes to life in the clip, where the talented duo joke that "A-YO" needs to have the "danger" of "Uptown Funk." “Yeah, I know it needs to be as good as f-cking ‘Uptown Funk,' f-ck you” Mother Monster laughs as she gives the British producer the finger. “You know, it needs to be like the biggest song of the year that I wrote," she mocks.
