Jimmy Eat World Announce New Album, Return With 'Get Right' Single: Listen

Jimmy Eat World are ready to take on the rock world this fall (without the help of Taylor Swift this time), as the band just dropped a new track. Titled "Get Right," it is the lead single from their forthcoming and as-yet-untitled album. The follow-up to 2013's Damage will be released on Oct. 21.

As for "Get Right"? It may be relatively short (the song clocks in at just under three minutes), but it makes up for the length with an aggressive, slightly menacing vibe. "I'm, I'm destination addicted / I just gotta be some place else / Never good time, never feel the space to get it right," frontman Jim Adkins darkly muses on the chorus.
