Hilary Duff Teases New Music on Snapchat: Listen

Hilary Duff's Breathe In. Breathe Out, released last June, didn't get its proper due despite being a solid pop album (the singer didn't even tour in support of the LP). But it seems like the singer will be following it up with a new project soon. 

Duff surprised her fans last night when she previewed some new music on her Snapchat account. The clip only runs for a few seconds, but its synth production and lilting vocals sound promising:
