Drake Drops a Double Feature on "0 to 100/The Catch Up"
Drake's back in fine form.
The hip-hop star dropped a double dose last night with a new song called "0 to 100/The Catch Up," which has two distinct parts. The first finds Drake rapping about women finding ill-advised cell-phone snaps, cooking with curry and why we should all "f-ck all that Drake should chill sh-t" over a dark, hot beat. Good advice.
After nearly three minutes, the song morphs into a sparse ballad that seems to utilize British warbler James Blake's voice, after Drake does his talkie-style raps for a few minutes. Most importantly? He teases a new record next year, saying "we got 2015 poppin'." Check out the six-minute track below:
