UPDATE (5/20): Despite Jennifer Lawrence thinking she "looked like a freak" after Jennifer Lopez denied her a dance at a party, J.Lo says awkward timing ruined their potential tango. The singer/actress said she would have "absolutely" accepted J.Law's invitation to dance together at the 2014 Met Gala, but Kanye West was about to perform, making for a crowded dancefloor. "She was like, 'Let's go dance,' and I was like, 'No, I'm good right here,' the singer told Access Hollywood. "But I didn't mean it like, 'I don't want to dance with you.' I just meant like, 'It's so crowded in here let's stay right here.'"

Original Story: Not long after she dished about puking in front of Miley Cyrus at Madonna's Oscars afterparty, accident-prone actress Jennifer Lawrence revealed another awkward run-in with a pop diva—this time, Jennifer Lopez.
According to the X-Men actress, Jimmy Fallon is to blame for her latest embarrassment, so she went on The Tonight Show to settle their "beef."
"You had some scheme and it was crazy," Fallon explained. "You wanted to dance with Jennifer Lopez and you wanted me to go over and dance with her, too."
But Lawrence pointed out that, "We came up with this idea together...10 Jello shots in." The drunken duo decided they would twirl towards J.Lo, reach out their hands and say, "Dance with us!" Sounds like a safe enough celebrity-to-celebrity interaction, right?
