FUSE TV - Westboro Baptist Church Calls Taylor Swift "Proud Whore"

What's the common thread between Taylor Swift and Radiohead? Westboro Baptist Church. The Kansas based hate group found its newest celebrity target: the "22" singer is now in their crosshairs.

According to the Huffington Post, WBC has a news release making the rounds 
calling supporters to picket "the whorish face of doomed America: Taylor Swift" at her August 3rd concert at the Sprint Center in Kansas.

Thoughts on Taylor by Westboro Baptist Church:

"@TaylorSwift13 works her 'girl next door' country-singer shtick, while hopping from one young man to the next and strutting across the world stage like a proud whore."

But they also really dig her massive social media presence ("She is wildly popularly, especially among young ladies, with over 29M followers on Twitter") and WBC has carefully calculated the affect that just one teeny weeny "Stop fornicating ladies, and obey God" Tweet might have. In short, such a tweet would "rock the house."

It seemed for a moment that WBC was trying to hash out some kind of pay for Tweet deal with T Swizzle, but they rightly realized that such an action "would cost her millions she makes with her sin-coddling songs." And she totes worships " @BarackObama and @FLOTUS" and thus supports their "blood-soaked handiwork."

In other words, Taylor, Westboro Baptist Church didn't want your stupid "whorish face" Twitter help anyways! So…take that! BOOM!

Also, they totally hate your dad:

"He has no compunction about her immodest vulgar appearance or serial fornication. With a hating hypocrite for a dad—who will jealously guard her income, while not giving a thought for her never-dying soul—no wonder she grew up to be the poster child for the young whores of doomed-america [sic]."

This latest attack comes only a month after the group made plans—and then changed their mind—to picket the memorial of Slayer founding member Jeff Hanneman. 

We just want to take this time to send some love out to Taylor Swift; no one likes a creepy hate group lobbing softballs their way. But keep your chin-up, Taylor. We know you and all of the "young whores of doomed-america [sic]"/your fans are going to be just fine. If WBC thinks Radiohead are "freak monkeys" with "mediocre tunes," we can only assume that any attack by them is a thinly veiled compliment. So go ahead and send that gift muffin basket to Kansas, STAT.
