HOVA announced the line-up for Magna Carta Holy Grail track "BBC" via the star's Samsung app MissInfo.tv. This is just the latest breadcrumb Jay has fed us relating to Magna Carta in the last few weeks.
We recently discovered that Magna Carta will make a few nods to rock with tracks featuring lyrics from R.E.M.'s "Losing My Religion" and Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit."
And the week also proved fruitful in the way of videos. The rapper/mogul released storytelling vids about the song "Oceans" and broke down while talking about daughter Blue Ivy.
Mid-week, we reported that Jay was attempting to get approval to hold an epic performance atop the Ed Sullivan Theatre marquee—despite having been denied access for a 2010 show by NYC mayor, Michael Bloomberg.
And, we are happy to announce that it looks like there will be a very happy ending to that Mr. Carter story! Rollingstone is reporting that Mayor Bloomberg has indeed given the go-ahead for the outdoor marquee show! Looks like dreams really do come true…
