Nicki Minaj doesn't get along with Lil' Kim. Azealia Banks doesn't get along with anybody. So it's really nice to not only see rising female MCs Iggy Azalea and Angel Haze get along, but also bring out a blazing collabo track.
Earlier this month, the duo performed a live version of a track over Kanye West and Jay-Z's "Otis" instrumental. Today, Angel uploaded audio of the ladies' rehearsal.
We can now clearly hear the duo getting cocky with Iggy's boast: "You never met a b-tch like me yet" and Angel's declaration: "Stuntin' on these b-tches who strugglin' to be relevant."
"Stuntin' on b-tches" aside, the track does feel like an important turning point for female hip hop today. Maybe we'll see more female collabs soon?
