Pitbull Wins Lawsuit Against Lindsay Lohan
Breaking News: Lindsay Lohan lost in court.
In 2011 she filed a lawsuit against Pitbull (and his collaborators Ne-Yo and Afrojack), seeking compensation for the use of her name in his hit song, "Give Me Everything." “I’m tip-toein’, to keep blowin’ / I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan,” Pitbull rapped.
But Thursday in a New York City courtroom a federal judge dismissed the case on grounds of the First Amendment, which protects freedom of speech and artistic expression.
Pitbull's lawyer Marcos Jimenez told E! News that his client was "very pleased." “He felt it was very important to address this head on to protect his right and the rights of other artist. He decided to fight this."
