All singing, all dancing, all apologies: Kurt Cobain's life story may be coming to Broadway.
If that news isn't strange enough, keep this in mind: This WTF tidbit came to light during a lawsuit against Britney Spears. Yes, the world has gone mad.
Sam Lufti—who claims he currently co-manages Courtney Love—mentioned the possibility of a Nirvana Broadway play during his lawsuit against his former client, Spears.
“[Courtney Love and I] are currently working on a possible motion picture or Broadway musical based on the Nirvana catalogue, based on her life and Kurt Cobain’s,” Lufti said during the trial.
Which—as legal scholars know—means he said this under oath. So celebrate or bemoan this news as you see fit.
