Last month, a war broke out between the Flaming Lips and Erykah Badu over their music video collabo for their cover of "The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face." In the original video, Badu's sister Nayrok can be seen writhing around naked in a bathtub covered in a syrupy white substance, causing Badu to call the video "tasteless" and "shock-motivated."
Now, the Lips have re-recorded the song with indie rock singer Amanda Palmer, who also appears naked throughout much of the video. Given Palmer's penchant for posting nude photos of herself on Twitter, though, we're guessing this vid won't cause the same fight as Badu.
