Snoop Dogg's 15-Year-Old Son Offered UCLA Football Scholarship
Although he's only 15 years old and hasn't yet started his sophomore year of high school, Cordell Broadus, Snoop Dogg's youngest son, has already been offered a football scholarship to UCLA. Wow! Kid must have some serious game on the field.
In related news, Justin Combs—son of Diddy—recently accepted the full athletic scholarship (about $54,000 a year) UCLA offered him to come play for the Bruins this fall. That means by 2015, he and Snoop's son could potentially be on the same college football team.
With three years to go until he graduates, Cordell—who is already 6'2" and 185 lbs—could grow into a wide receiver to be reckoned with. Plus, it's nice to know he won't have to worry about taking out loans to pay for college.
Jim Mora—current head coach for UCLA's football team—claimed he didn't realize Broadus was a son of Snoop until after he'd made the offer. Do you buy it? Is it possible the scholarship had nothing to do with the high school footballer's famous father? Tell us what you think below.
