Mustard Does ASMR with Different Mustards, Talks "Pure Water" And Building Artists From The Ground Up

Mustard may go down as one of the hardest working men in the music industry. From the outside looking in, the man is never sitting down, one minute he's in ATL mixing in the studio with Migos, the next, he's overseas supporting his artist Ella Mai on her sold-out debut tour, and then he's back in LA getting his kids ready for school. If you were the man behind some of the biggest hits for Rihanna, YG, and A$AP Ferg, would you?

From Tyga's 2012 hit "Rack City", to 2 Chainz' "I'm Different", and French Montanta's single "Don't Panic," Mustard himself is synonymous with 'ratchet' music.

"I actually liked Boosie's music, and he would always say ratchet shit, and I love Lil Jon and Dr. Dre and the Bay Area so I kind of fused it all together," the "Drip Check" king whispers.

When it comes to making hit records such as his most recent "Pure Water" or signing an artist to his 10 Summers Record Label, the South Central LA native has taken on a mentorship role, working with up-and-coming artist and helping them to hone their craft.

"You can change somebody's life and on top of that, you can build someone from the ground up," the upcoming father of three says. Mustard is a man of his word considering he discovered the "Boo'd Up" artist–Ella Mai on Instagram and she is now a Grammy Award Winning Artist.
