"Born to Run": Bruce Springsteen Closes Jon Stewart's Last 'Daily Show'
Jon Stewart ended his 16-year run as the host of Comedy Central's Daily Show on Thursday night; twas a bittersweet affair. For the final moment, the New Jersey native was played out by a fellow Jersey boy, Sir Bruce Springsteen.
By special Stewart request, the Boss launched the sendoff with "Land of Hopes and Dreams," the gigantic, second-to-last cut on 2012's Wrecking Ball. The rocking starts at the 1:20 mark in the clip above. "Born to Run" drops at 6:55; you shall feel the feels.
