'Hunger Games' Actress Stephanie Leigh Schlund Shows Off Her Knife Skills

Actress Stephanie Leigh Schlund stopped by Fuse to give Top 20 Countdown host Katie Van Buren a rundown on her Hunger Games character's most intimidating skill—knife work.

Known to fans as District 1's Cashmere, Schlund is no stranger to nifty blade tricks and extensive knife-throwing training sessions. After first demonstrating a basic knife twirl, she challenged Katie to a more advanced spin move that she admitted took a bit longer to nail down.

And while Schlund chooses to be "less aggressive in real life," she reveals that possessing knife skills has been helpful in the real world.
