Yes, that's probably the corniest line ever. But when it comes to Jay Sean, there are only so many ways to saw "awwwwww!!!!" -- the man is made of kittens and puppies. And abs. Holy hell, the abs.

He's at it again in "Where You Are:" the soothing croon that promises "Like the sky holding the stars / Like the strings on my guitar / I wanna be where you are," and so many (many!) excuses to get him shirtless that it's almost infuriating when he walks into the nightclub all coffee-stained and...

The first single off his upcoming album Neon, "Where You Are" is a paean to fidelity and devotion. And by the time the album drops on May 21, we expect it'll be a mainstay at prom nights and engagement parties just about everywhere.
