Text Alert FAQs

1. Which carriers are participating?
Cell phone subcribers with the following carriers can sign up for FUSE text alerts: AT&T, Sprint, Nextel, Boost, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Virgin Mobile, Alltel, US Cellular.

2. How much will it cost me to participate?
Standard text message rates and other charges may apply, but there will be no additional charges from FUSE. Please check your wireless plan for more information.

3. How do I unsubscribe?
If you no longer want to receive the alerts, text STOP to 38736. Standard messaging rates apply.

4. I have a prepaid subscription - can I still receive alerts?
Yes, as long as credit is available on your prepay. Some cell phone service providers do not allow prepaid subscribers to send text messages or participate in premium text messaging services. If your carrier blocks the service, you will get a message back stating that your phone is not eligible for the service.

5. I have additional questions - how do I get in touch with customer care?
