Death Cab For Cutie Live from The Chicago Theatre
Update: This live stream event has ended. See exclusive Death Cab for Cutie photos from the concert, and check out Fuse's exclusive interview with Nick Harmer.
You know how awesome Death Cab for Cutie is, right? Yeah, yeah, you know. Seven killer albums and they always deliver on stage. Case in point: For their current tour, Death Cab are bringing out members of San Francisco's Magik*Magik Orchestra every night, pairing classical flourishes with Ben Gibbard's emotionally sincere, reliably melodic rock.
That's why we're excited as hell to tell you that Fuse is live streaming one of these wonderfully weird performances from Death Cab. On April 17 at 9:30pm/8:30c, you can head to Fuse's YouTube Channel (youtube.com/Fuse) to watch the indie rockers' classically-tinged performance at the Chicago Theatre as it is happening.
Fuse Live: Death Cab For Cutie will give the rest of us a chance to see what this singular performances will be like without actually having to, you know, live in Chicago, buy tickets and wait in line.
It should be an incredible show, especially since the Chicago Theatre is one of those opulent movie houses from the 1920s with fancy ceiling paintings and thick red curtains. So head to Fuse's YouTube channel on Tuesday and check it out.
