'Road to Total Slaughter' Brings Battle Rap to Television
It's time to step up to the mic: Eminem’s Shady Films and rap supergroup Slaughterhouse have teamed up to create a new rap battle league called Total Slaughter. And Fuse is the only place to watch combatants fight their way into the league’s epic first event, which promises to be the biggest stage in the history of battle rap.
This Wednesday, June 18, tune into Fuse for Road to Total Slaughter, a reality show in which today's top battle rappers compete against one another while also living together in the 'House of Slaughter.' Fuse is excited to air Road to Total Slaughter for the next four Wednesdays at midnight ET, right after back-to-back episodes of our award-winning reality series Big Freedia: Queen of Bounce.
On Road to Total Slaughter, the combatants receive mentorship from battle rap legends Loaded Lux and Murda Mook—and have their face-offs judged by the members of Slaughterhouse.
The eight MCs competing in the series represent the best in the nation. If you aren’t already familiar with them, get ready to meet Arsonal (Newark, NJ), Aye Verb (St. Louis, MO), Big T (Chicago, IL), Cortez (Brooklyn, NY), Daylyt (Watts, CA), Dizaster (Los Angeles, CA), Marv Won (Detroit, MI) and Math Hoffa (Brooklyn, NY).
