If you've long suspected that the Black Eyed Peas' immortal single "My Humps" is an insufferable song, it looks like you're not alone! According to NME, a survey conducted by music festival Global Gathering asked voters to name a dance track with the "most ridiculous" (meaning preposterous, not ridiculously good) lyrics and "My Humps" won with 22% of the vote!
A German dance-pop group called Scooter came in second place with the lyrics, "It's not a bird, it's not a plane/It must be Dave, who's on the train." The Vengaboys came in third with "Up and Down," whose lyrics are "Up and down, up and down, up and down, up and down..." Tinie Tempah and Nicki Minaj rounded out the top five with "Pass Out" and "Starships," respectively.
