On Wednesday Axl Rose took to Facebook to reject the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame's induction of him and his band, Guns N' Roses. He wrote that he won't be appearing at the ceremony this weekend and that he doesn't want to be inducted in absentia. Well, it looks like the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame doesn't give a hoot what Axl Rose wants: they're inducting him anyway!
A Rock and Roll Hall of Fame spokesperson told E! News, "We are sorry Axl will not be able to accept his induction in person. We are looking forward to still inducting Guns N' Roses this weekend and will proceed forward with our original plan whether Axl is present or not."
